HISTORY
After the long civil conflict in Sudan, a Shiluk born man (Tijwog Agwet) and his wife chose to leave relative comfort of Egypt where they were receiving education, and move to Kaya, South Sudan. Kaya had been a focus of northern shelling but as safety returned, its residents trickled back to discover infrastructure of all kind was non-existent. Local leaders invited Tijwog to assemble international help to re develop Kaya and area and provided 60 acres of property to do so.
