Ngun-Kata Tower
28 yeras of tension between North and South Sudan errupted into 27 additional years of war, leaving millions dead or displaced. God's people responded through committments to reach their beloved Sudanese of all tribes, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In 2005 High Adventure Canada linked arms with Sudanese Chrisian Ministries to build Ngun Kata radio (God is available), located high on Prayer Mountain at the edge of the South Sudanese town of Kaya.
In 2010, High Adventure partners provided a new transmitter and antenna, expanding this outreach to include communities in South Sudan, North Uganda and the Congo, increasing the audience to over 1 million listeners.
Strategically located, this small voice has enormous potential to encourage peaceful tribal co-existence, spiritual growth among believers and evangelism in 3 countries
Help is needed to support additional trained presenters in various languages as well as a solar power source to reduce dependency on generators, and new studio upgrades, to replace orginally donated used equipment that is now well past due.
