High Adventure began its support of the Nakyessa primary and secondary schools in 2004 when founder Bishop Grivas Musisi shared the vision for Christian education in this area where people from many Ugandan tribal backgrounds have settled.
High Adventure consulted with Canadian experts and developed an overall plan of school success that included an on-site medical clinic, water supply, fresh vegetables and new, safe classroom facilities.
High Adventure initiated this recommended plan as funding permitted, and several stages were undertaken simultaneously.
High Adventure friends constructed a secondary school Science Building and completed basic structure and roofing of the A Level (2007) but ran short of funding for completion of cement finishing of all interior and exterior walls. This final stage would dramatically improve building strength while affording excellence in appearance, vital to every school striving for academic achievement.
The A Level can be completed in stages or all at once.
The science building requires interior walls and ceiling finishing.
