Water became the first target and soon, strategic partnerships were joined with the Kim Phuc Foundation and the Yorkview Community Church (Canada) to provide water bore hole equipment, leading to a water well. During the process, it became apparent that more than facilities were needed. In fact, empowerment soon became the mandate for each and every project, and from this early effort, sprung forth the commitment to provide the intended specific support goether with training, all of which would lead to empowerment for indigenous partners who are positioned for long term ministry that flows from any and all such projects.
